Privacy Policy

This policy covers Take Booth, the private teleprompter and recording tool run by Davidson Consulting LLC, doing business as Outbound with Claude ("we", "us"), on this website and in our iPhone app. Take Booth is used by our own team to record our marketing videos.

Camera and microphone

When you tap Start, your phone or browser asks for permission to use the camera and microphone. We only use them while Take Booth is open and you are recording. You can turn the permission off at any time in your browser or phone settings.

Snap Camera Kit

Take Booth can apply a light color-correction lens from Snap Inc.'s Camera Kit to the camera picture. The lens runs on your device. We don't collect face measurements, and the lens doesn't send face data to us. Snap's own terms and privacy policy apply to Camera Kit: snap.com/terms and Snap's Privacy Policy.

Recordings and notes

Videos and voice notes you record are uploaded to our private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are used only to edit our own videos. Only our team can open them. We never sell them or use them for advertising targeting, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.

What we don't collect

Take Booth doesn't use your location, contacts or photo library, doesn't show ads, and doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. Recordings are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) only so it can provide that service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

To see or delete a recording, email hello@outboundwithclaude.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
